WVU Peach State Contributions to WVU

One of our primary missions at WVU Peach is to encourage high school graduates from Georgia to attend West Virginia University. In that regard, we offer a partial scholarship to one student per year., enrolled at WVU from Georgia.Our scholarship fund was established in 2003 and was fully endowed in 2008 and currently has a balance of $31,200.
The scholarship is managed and designated by the WVU Foundation. If you already contribute or are considering contributing to the WVU Foundation, please consider designating your contribution to the Peach State Scholarship Fund.

If you have been to Morgantown in recent years, you should already realize the WVU’s Erickson Alumni Center is most likely the finest alumni center anywhere. WVU Peach made several financial contributions to the Alumni Building Fund to assist the Alumni association in the ongoing process of retiring the debt.Our chapter is one of only a few alumni chapters in the country to contribute $10,000 to the Alumni Building Fund. When you visit the alumni center, look for your plaque in the lobby.

Our annual golf outings have been the #1 fund raiser for our club for 19 consecutive years.

Our game watches @ Laseter’s typically includes raffles, auctions, and 50-50 ( Rubber Duckies)
